What is BuzzGum?
BuzzGum is a TY mini company created to provide a healthier and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional chewing gum. Made with natural, biodegradable ingredients like beeswax and organic honey, BuzzGum is committed to reducing the harmful impact of traditional gum on both health and the environment.

What We Do: We are trying to produce gum made from natural ingredients, free from harmful chemicals and plastics. Our product is biodegradable, supporting both your health and the planet.

Why We Started: We wanted to create a solution to the environmental problem caused by regular gum and offer a healthier option for consumers. BuzzGum started with the idea of creating a product that is good for both the planet and your health.

Unique Selling Point (USP): BuzzGum is one of the first biodegradable, eco-friendly chewing gum that is also healthy for consumers. Our gum is free from artificial sweeteners and plastics, offering a better alternative for the environment.

Achievements: We have tested various prototypes and are getting closer to perfecting our formula. Our product is mostly locally sourced, and we aim to have it in eco-friendly packaging. We have also came 2nd as well as won the Award for Innovation in the regional final for West Cork Student Enterprise Programme.
